• The place is clean, lots of light, does not have a strong chemistry smell. Workers are pleasant and polite. Gloss is my favorite place for mani & pedi. I just don't do much because it doe not last. I work as a house keeper, I am a mother, and try to help my husband with the house shores. Yesterday I was helping him changing the spark plug on the lawn mower and my beautiful nails were not that beautiful anymore. Oh well I loved while it lasted. Thank you! You guys are great ⭐️

• Because you are always kind, gentle and patient with me and my 80 year old mom who has dementia. The last time we were there she was having a terrible day. When we got to gloss she has a miraculous turn around and left feeling amazing 🤟🏻🤟🏻
