• Melanie did an amazing job with my manicure yesterday. She was kind, detail oriented, listened to my preferences for length/shape, and made sure I was satisfied with each step along the way. I've been going to Gloss for maybe 6 months now and I've never been happier with my nails! They went from thin and brittle to healthy and strong. I always choose the "any technician" option while booking and have only had great experiences - but I may choose to stick with Melanie from now on. 🙂
