The classes with Gord are fantastic and the people I. The group are great. Mostly due to some of the other clients there who don't wipe equipment. They think they own the place and done need to put their wieghts away or wipe down their equipment. But the majority are great.

Crystal the new instructor for Monday mornings at 6 AM is absolutely amazing. She's very knowledgable and put together an amazing work out for everyone. I'm enjoying the variety of the sweat!
