Staff was friendly, gym floor is awesome, lighting is great, machines are great. Only downside is no bathroom upstairs. Other than that. Best gym in the okanagan

Great Jim just a little age oriented, it's definitely a younger generation Gym, but all kinds of and people go there, certainly a younger crowd which is good. I'm 52 and fit in. I find that the younger kids sit on the machines on their phones and that's a little annoying
