• I've lived in the city for about 7 months and have had trouble finding a barbershop that I wanted to go back to. I haven't had any "bad" experiences, but felt like a lot of the places I went to were over-priced and the quality was just so-so. But then I found Gents on Yelp and went in because it had such great reviews. I'm happy to say that they are all spot on. The staff is super friendly and their work is really fantastic. George was able to do exactly what I wanted and helped find the look that no one else seemed to be able to understand. I've been complemented on my cut at least 5 times since my first visit and always tell them where to go. Also, the $30 price point is a steal. Big, big fan of this place.

• I've gone through PLENTY of "barber shops" for a haircut. Never found myself happy with the end result and the barbers were never the friendliest. I came to Gents to fix a bad haircut and WOW! First, they fixed my horrible haircut... Second, the barbers at Gents are incredibly friendly! Amazingly ran local business!

• I've gotten more compliments on my haircut in the past 36 hours than I think I ever have in my life. I love the way it looks, and the experience was great; they go out of the way to give you a luxury experience for a reasonable price. Definitely found my new favorite neighborhood spot!
