• I was having a difficult traveling day from the high Sierras with bad weather on Sat and twice I had to cancel on Alejandro. Once in the morning and again in the afternoon. I spoke to a receptionist and asked her to please charge my card on file for 2 missed haircuts. I wanted to make sure that Alejandro who is so gracious to not make a big deal of me canceling twice in the same day, got paid for his time booked out for me. It wasn't his fault that I couldn't make it why should he be penalized for my absence? I showed up on Sunday for my third scheduled appt and it was as nothibg had happened. I have had my hair cut before by a stylist who would call you out if you were late in front of the entire shop. It was humiliating and very unprofessional.
