• I made an appointment on a Monday and came in this week and was seen right away as soon as they opened. Alex greeted me as I walked in through the door, made good small talk and grabbed my things and hung them for me. I have never been here before so that was already a really good impression. Then I showed him a references photo of the style hair cut I wanted and he told me he'll get it done. Alex was fast, thorough and did a really good job. Something that was really interesting though was my appointment wasn't actually until another week and I didn't notice but since the other customer was late I was confused for being him and was squeezed in. Alex managed to get both me and him done at a good time and fixed the complication swiftly.
