• I accidentally booked my appointment for San Jose, but when I came into the San Francisco shop Paula made time for me to get a quick haircut. She read my previous notes and listened to what I asked for and gave me a perfect haircut before my anniversary dinner. I was very pleased. She really went above and beyond. I have gone to Hami in San Jose in the past. She's great but San Jose is not as convenient as SF. I will go to Paula for my next haircut. I'm very happy with the service I have received!
