• When I walked in I was instantly greeted by the receptionist with a welcoming smile asking how may she help me. I said I want a hair cut, her response was ok, we're pretty busy right now, how about 1:45 and told me the name of the barber that would be cutting my hair. She asked for my name and number so that she could lock in my appointment and send me a text reminder. When I returned for my appointment I was greeted by someone else but with the same welcoming. I was asked to have a seat and my barber would with me shorty and offered a bottle of water while I waited. The only reason I had to wait was because I was about 5-6 minutes early. My barber's name was J a very pleasant person. Loved his attitude and patience with me. I really didn't know how I wanted my hair cut but talking with him, he made it easy. J also said he wanted to make sure I got what I came for. I told him to work his magic and for the record he did just that. Thank you Gentleman Jax for your welcoming and thank you J for your expertise. Signed: A first time visitor and will come again.
