• From start to finish it was just convenient and efficient and an enjoyable experience. The online reservation process was simple and intuitive. A call day off to confirm was appreciated and I'm sure it helps both staff and customers. Spent very little time waiting after checking in with friendly front reception. Waiting area was comfortable, with couches, chairs and TVs all around. Wasn't bored or irritable from waiting at all. The whole place was well kept and clean. As someone who normally just heads to my local barber, my stylist, cosmetologist, Elizabeth, was amazing. Very fun to talk to and made me comfortable being a guy getting his first mani/pedi in about a decade haha! Loved her energy! Great experience all around. Will definitely be back.
