It was a great way to end the day. The calming and friendly atmosphere allowed everyone to feel welcomed. Each stretch was demonstrated in different ways as to accommodate everybody. Job well done!

I always enjoy my classes at this studio. The teachers are fantastic and I feel that I get a good workout. When there is a replacement teacher, they are also great, and I enjoy the different approach of each teacher, as I did yesterday with the Pilates instructor.
