I love the sense of community that Fusionmovement offers. I have been attending practices shortly after the studio opened. While there are many wonderful active practices I attend Yin,Restorative,and Therepeutic. The practices are grounding. I am a cancer survivor. I remember reading something that has always resonated with me. "Cancer took my breath away. Yoga gave it back." My teachers are all heartfelt and offer 100% to the practices they teach.
