It's in a great location, lots of parking. Great instructors, especially Krista and Jeff. Great range of classes, convenient times. Nice studio.

While kate is a huge loss Helene is a perfect fit to teach the class.she is wonderful Only request would be to have the class before restorative start 15 minutes earlier as it is chaotic trying to get the prior class out and the new class in and have time to set up before class starts
