Lori's instructions for a yoga pose are very clear to follow. I appreciate hearing what muscles or part of body we need to be feeling during a particular pose.

I have not worked out with Lorna before. She was very good at explaining the poses so that I did not have to always look up at her. She also worked us very hard but reminded us to go at our own pace.
