They have a great atmosphere. The teaching is very clear with detailed explanations of the benefits come from what mechanics, WITH the Zen thrown in as well. There is a wonderful camaraderie with both the online and in studio yogis. Love that I can get the zoom broadcasts and if I can't make that I get the video for 3 days. I love that they give you alternative ways of doing poses based on physical needs and encourage us to make the pose our own and bypass anything that doesn't work for us.
I was welcomed and given a tour as soon as I walked in. The studio was clean, there were ample supplies, and the music was perfect. The instructor was knowledgeable and motivating, but encouraged us to listen to our bodies and go at our own pace. My experience matched the description of the class, so I feel like I can trust the studio guidance.

Fusion Yoga is a local treasure. They teach an approachable practice that always helps with whatever issue I am having. I recently tried the online & recorded classes, and all went smoothly! I am able to attend classes that i couldn’t previously since I can play them back when I have time.
