This is #1 a beautiful studio to practice in... always clean, cool ( it's been hot in Sacramento) ~ nice bathrooms, well organized props. #2 One of my favorite teachers is Carrie Meyer!
I attended a gentle yoga class taught by Christie, one of the yoga teachers who is
an extraordinary skilled and gifted teacher. My level of peace was about a 6 or 7 when I started the class and ended a 10 by the end. I lose tract of time as I so enjoy the way she has us move our bodies and calm our nerves-sytem. She always ends with a guided body meditation. I love how mellow I feel at the end. So very happy is how I feel from the experience.

The best, it was quiet, relaxing atmosphere with someone who gave no pressure and gave options for modifications on poses if necessary. Clean studio
