The details!!!!!!
In over 25 years of practicing in several states I've never found anybody that explains the details so completely and carefully. For example how to stand up safely from an inverted pose, how to twist from mostly the upper back protecting the lower lumbar area.
The atmosphere, the instructor, and the ease to schedule
I felt very comfortable even though I am not in shape. It is a very nice, gentle, and accepting environment.
