All the instructors I've encountered at Fusion are knowledgeable, but more importantly welcoming! I get a great practice and always learn something new and leave feeling better than when I arrived.
I was so pleased afterwards sitting in my oral surgeon’s chair feeling very anxious. And I remembered the breathing and affirmation Christie shared. I changed it to I’m safe and I trust. And suddenly I was feeling calm. Always surprised after so many years all my yogi teachers show me something 🙏
So nice to have more yogis in the studio on a beautiful Spring morning with Lorna. Seems gentle yoga is exactly what we all needed.
