Every yoga session is fresh with new & interesting stretches. I expect repeat positions but rarely can I identify what's coming next & I've been with Sacfusion for almost 15 years. Super clean & modern yoga studio. All the instructors are similar meaning their classes are always a new experience with unique yoga moves!
Studio staff friendly, studio clean, class not crowded
Only took 1 class so cannot give 10. My preference would be for a more dimly lit room while practicing not just in last 5 minutes.
Easy online zoom, detailed narrative matching workout demonstrated, length of class perfect, class level and stretching exactly what my body needs targeting the physical therapy necessary for my pain management and strengthening. Thx
