I've enjoyed yoga for decades, reaching for inner peace and balance. A few years ago I had a couple of strokes which weakened the entire left side of my body. Fusion yoga has been a gift. I've been doing the sessions with Lori and Lorna, they're the best. Helping me work through my weaknesses, always offering options so that I leave a little stronger and in peace 🙏
Great instructors andaffordable membership plans
I find fusion studio to meet my needs very well. Instructors are kind, considerate and knowledgeable. They support the needs of a vareity of yoga types. I am grateful.
