I've been doing yoga on and off for the last 10-12 years and Fusion Yoga Studio is the best studio I've come across. Also, it's only two minutes away from me, which is amazing and extremely convenient. I love the amount and variety of mellow/yin like classes that are available plus variety with classes like Pilates fusion and core strengthening mixed with yoga. Wendy is my favorite yoga instructor I've ever had. She's knowledgeable, fun, personable because she consistently shares something about herself and her life and the way her body feels and what kinds of stretches and positions help her, takes the time to connect with her students, has the best music taste, and her yoga nidra meditations where she encourages and guides her students in setting intentions are divine. The mellow mix class she teaches on Monday evenings is incredible. I love how she mixes it up between floor positions
and wall positions. I love how the deep stretching makes me feel followed by nidra. It's the best start to the week. During and after the class I leave high off endorphins. It's been a life changer for my mental and physical health. No more chronic back or neck pain from stress, tense muscles, nor anxiety.
