Christie is an extraordinarily skilled yoga teacher, who is very well trained, knows the body and new techiques. I love the guided meditations that ends her sessions. Fusion Yoga is the best and has worked for me for almost 20 years.
The instructor ask if there was areas we would like special attention. I said my lower back and she made sure some of the poses focused on that area. She was also very warm and friendly.
