I look forward to each instructor's ability to personally engage with me, as a student (in person or through Zoom).
I believe there is a therapeutic class for any individual; and with Lori's creative adaptations to her business during a full year of pandemic shelter restrictions, Fusion Yoga is accessible now through Zoom, along with opportunities to take a video of classes on
U-Tube later, if one misses a reserved class; all of this adds another layer of flexibility to my yoga practice
