First, Carrie is one of the best teachers I've had. ( I've practiced yoga since 1975) and second the studio has an open, clean feeling. Today with Covid ~ I feel safe in this space.
Wonderful teachers and atmosphere
Fusion Yoga is my neighborhood, community yoga studio. The owner has made it safer to proactive in person, with viable alternatives, such as online, or recorded classes. In a challenging year and a half with pandemic mandates and closures for many small businesses, the Fusion Yoga owner has pivoted to ensure that we still have a place to practice within CDC guidelines. It is good to see yoga colleagues I have missed since the closures.
Carl is fantastic
It's paced just how it's described, and the warm up/cool down felt appropriate as well. Lots of options for personal adjustment as well. The teacher is very welcoming, and was especially cognizant that I am a new student to Fusion.
