I finally found a place to go and not worry about what other people think or what I’m afraid I might look like. All the instructors are respectful and encouraging. No matter what my day might be I always look forward to going to class!!

Good instructor, friendly classmates, and convenient location. My only negative would be the room was very warm. The class before was a “hot” yoga which made our class on the warm side.
