I love Lisa’s Monday morning class. It is the only class I go to as the studio isn’t convenient, but worth the drive on my day off. I find her energy and playfulness lifts my spirit. The asanas always make my body , and mind , feel much better. She reads the class very well and seems to know what we need…..except for chair pose ( said quickly)!! Lol.

I always feel respected and honored in each yoga class among students with various yoga practices and each teacher always provides adjustments, modifications and honors that we can do what’s within our own personal practices with grace and a sense of humor. I never feel pressured to do more and risk injury. The studio always feels like a welcoming second home.

FBFY is a place where everyone is friendly and the instructors get to know you by name. Any class you attend, the instructors take the time to explain that this is your practice and you can make it as strenuous or calm as you want. It is a judgement-free zone!
