Because the studio always offers the classes we’ve come to count on but always offer a fun variety of classes or holiday classes to mix it up and practice yoga through a different lens which makes it fun. The variety keeps me coming back and helps to keep my yoga practice from plateauing.

The studio and instructors are fantastic! There's a wide range of classes to choose from for various ability levels or if you're just looking for something different. There are numerous classes throughout each day that can fit anyone's schedule and the studio offers special, themed classes and activities all the time. The environment is welcoming and inclusive and the prices are among some of the most affordable in this area. I absolutely love Full Body Fitness and Yoga and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a place to both challenge and connect with their body.
