• It is very intimate and hands on and go at whatever pace you are in. The instructors were gracious and kind. I will be back as soon as my neck heals a little more. My daughter also wants to come back. It was a blessing to be able to learn about yoga with her. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends who are interested.
