I am coming back from an injury. Kelly gave me suggestions for modifications. Even if I hadn't ask for them, the thing I love about your studio is that in every class, you give modifications to meet the needs of everyone. You calm our expectations of ourselves reminding us that our practice is our own and everyone's will look different. When I know the different poses, I feel comfortable doing it with my eyes closed because you have created an environment where I don't feel the pressure to keep up and match my practice to everyone else.
