I was recommended this place by my yoga instructor Nancy at Zen Zone. I was looking for a Thanksgiving class. It was incredible. The attention to detail in the music, lighting, and heat of the room made it one of the best yoga classes. I enjoyed the flows and poses we did and the versatility in making it your own. Will definitely be back!
