After going to regular "Gyms", where no employees want to help you, and no clients want to associate with or speak to you (a get in, get out mentality), everything about FBF&Y is refreshing. I love this studio, the instructors, and the clients!

I was nervous about coming to the class. I did not know what to expect and I thought there would be a bunch of young girls already super fit in the class. It was so welcoming and I did not feel like I was bumbling through the movements.
