All the classes are very adaptable to your individual skill level. The instructors are all knowledgeable and motivating. Each class has its own feel and style and i like the variety in that. Ratona is an amazing person and an incredible business owner. She makes each person feel like family and has done a great job creating a culture that welcomes everyone, so much so, you sometimes forget that you came to work out!
