FBFY is always a 10 in my book! And the new studio space is gorgeous. :0) At FBFY, you will be pushed to work your hardest, but you will also always reminded to pay attention to your body and modify movements, when needed, in order to be safe and prevent injury. Sometimes you may want to cry when you think you can't do anything more, but you will be reminded that you are "stronger than you think", and you WILL push through. You will be cared for, encouraged, helped, and nurtured. You may also LAUGH every once in a while (or alot!). My love of this studio has always been, and always will be, the sense of friendship and comradery that you will experience with all of the clients and all of the instructors. Laughter & Love. This is my happy place and my sanctuary.

I love the Full Body community. Ratona has a servant’s heart, and has clearly devoted her business to not only serving her clients, but the community as well. All instructors are knowledgeable and offer modifications to take as needed. I’m so excited to continue my health and fitness journey in our new space.
