Had a wonderful experience with me and my 15 year old daughter . Instructor was great in the restorative yoga class. She took time after class to give us some feedback and guide to classes that we may also enjoy. Very happy with the program - we will be back

My mom brought me and I was nervous that me being just 18, there would be lots of people older than me, which there was, but I didn’t feel out of place or uncomfortable. I have never done yoga before and I was so stressed about looking dumb but Kelsey made me feel welcome and I’m glad I had such a great first experience. I can’t wait until next Monday. I felt great afterwards.
