Super friendly and accommodating even though they were running behind schedule and I had to wait 20-30 minutes past my appointment time to be seen. My experience with Erin was great although I kind of wish I didn't talk during application of filler because I had increased bruising and I had asked if it was okay to respond to conversation. No big deal! I was happy that my discount was bumped up from 25% to 30% for a missed scheduling from my original appointment date.
