1) I accidentally came 30 early, but they took me in early. 2) I love the conversation with service provider. 3) The customer service feels friendly, open and genuine, not arrogant and annoyed. 4) I like the consistency in service. They know track my services and I don't have to tell them where and how much treatment I had last time. I know the price. It's not hidden.
