Gracie was informative and listened to all of my questions and concerns. She is so kind and very welcoming to be around. A lot of med spa places are intimidating and I have felt judged in the past. Fresh Faces is very welcoming and I did not feel uncomfortable in anyway. The whole experience has been great.
