I have been extremely happy with every experience at FF. Taylor is spectacular, I look forward to working with Erin further and the front desk is always helpful and kind to both myself and my boyfriend who occasionally needs to accompany me on the 4 hour round trip to Portland and feels very well treated waiting in the lobby. My appearance is improving and I don't feel condescended to or pressured in the process.
