• Naomi, is a very well trained professional with a heart of gold. She's so raw and honest and makes you feel extremely comfortable. She gives you a run down of what she's going to do, how's she's going to do it and the end result. She reminds you of the after care process even after your a regular but she does it in a way were she's not teaching you, just a gentle and gracious reminder. I will have to say the front house staff (the people behind the computers) seem to have bad days all the time. Or maybe it's just me? But I always get some weird vibe from them that I shouldn't be there and coming from a customer service background, that's the last thing you should feel... especially when your about to open your legs up to get hair Lasered off. But Naomi is amazing and she's the reason why I keep coming back!
