I had such a great experience with Gracie during my first skincare consultation. She was extremely knowledgeable about every product I asked about and took the time to explain why certain products would—or would not—work well for my skin type. Because I have melanated skin, I had some specific concerns about how certain treatments and products should be approached. I even asked her to watch a video from another nurse discussing why skincare approaches can sometimes need to be different for Black and melanated skin. She was completely open to it and didn’t hesitate to listen. What I appreciated most was her patience. She welcomed all of my questions and concerns without making me feel rushed or dismissed. She also encouraged me to continue researching and told me to reach out if I had any additional questions. I left feeling informed, heard, and confident that I’m starting this skincare journey with someone who genuinely cares about helping me understand my skin rather than simply selling me products.
