• Everything was very smooth in terms of the logistics. Making the appointment (and changing it). The space is very nice and welcoming and calm. The staff person who greeted me was friendly and helpful. Kelli was very nice and communicated well both before and during the massage. I had a great massage and the overall experience was very good. I'm also very appreciative of Freed's mission and focus and keen to support that as a customer.
