• Miriam is amazing. She went above and beyond by offering to still have our session at no extra charge even though my sleep-deprived brain had forgotten about it and was only reminded when they called after I had not shown up 20 minutes past the start time. She was gracious, kind, skillful, and provided some much needed shoulder muscle care and empathetic conversation. The space is so healing. They are the best.

• The practitioner really took the time to discuss with me and understand my situation. She seemed to understand anatomy on a deep level and was familiar with guasha and other chinese medicine. she had no problem accommodating my bringing my baby in the room and even soothed him w/pacifier to help him get back to sleep. She checked in with me throughout the massage to make sure pressure and comfort were ok.

• I visited Freed to find relief from a recent injury. My appointment was with Frances, and I've never felt so heard by a massage therapist. Frances was exhaustive in assessing not only my injury but my overall wellness before treatment began. I got a mini anatomy crash course so I could understand the treatment plan Frances devised, and I was shown the methodology before I got on the table myself. Every effort was made to ensure I was prepared for and comfortable with the procedure. Frances spent ample time on my injured area but reserved precious time to work on old, lingering discomfort in another region. After my session, I was shown a few stretches to keep rehabbing independently. I left Freed feeling properly aligned and nearly pain-free. I've already recommended the business to friends and look forward to returning. Thanks, Team Freed!
