The Forum Spa's spaces were extremely clean, peaceful and well appointed. (the music relaxing). Everything you would want in a spa experience! The spa coordinator (front desk) was welcoming and professional. I appreciated seeing the plexi-glass in place at front desk (the pandemic is not quite over) and the social distanced seating in wait area. My spray tan technician Harley was professional, friendly and took time answering my questions and individualized my formula based on the results I wanted to achieve. It was the perfect spray tan on route the beach! Thank Harley and thank you Forum for taking such good care of me during my visit to Florence.
