The waiting area was noisy and loud. This made for a "not so relaxing" massage. Three women were laughing and talking loudly and sitting in a group. Not a great atmosphere. Massage was great and MT was wonderful.
Everyone was welcoming. From Lindsay as soon as i walked in, all staff speaking to me as I waited in the lounge, to Lori providing exceptional service. I observed how well staff cleaned lounge area. Thank you for treating me so well.
