Great customer service and my daughter enjoyed the whole experience
9 is because of 2 things. 1. I asked Shakira for a deep tissue massage. The high pressure was applied only to my upper back. The rest of the body she used light or medium pressure. 2. I asked Shakira to spend most of my 90 minutes on my neck, upper and lower back. The majority of the time was used for my arms and legs, the back and front sides of them. She had a good massage to my upper back, and she barely touched my lower back. In the end, she worked with my shoulders and neck, which was great, but again, it was not enough time for that. I wish she would spend less time working with my arms and legs and more with my back and shoulders. I gave her 9 because the massage to my upper back and neck was great, but not enough. I hope my next visit everything will be great!
