Gabby was excellent, extremely sweet and very accommodating. The atmosphere is very calming as well.
Everyone was really nice and helpful
It was our first experience at Forum Spa. When we walked in we were greeted with a friendly smile and immediately asked our name for our appointment. We were brought to the back and offered to get into our robes and enjoy a drink while we waited for our appointment time in a clean and peaceful waiting area. We were brought back right in time for our scheduled appointment and greeted by the two sweet ladies that did our massage. They gave us a few moments to settle in and came back in and gave us a great experience. We both agreed that they were very knowledgeable and peaceful. We would love to continue treating ourselves frequently and getting gift cards for family and friends.
