• Bikram yoga will change your life inside and outside the hot room. Before Bikram and even during my first class, I thought I knew how to breath, I thought I was a focused individual, and I thought I knew how to flex the muscles in my body (i.e. flex your knee). Even though there are only 26.2 postures, this practice allows you the opportunity to breath more, flex more, focus more, and learn more everyday with amazing people around you. You get to "Start over again" eveytime you walk into the studio.

• Yoga is a rewarding journey for one's mind and body. I have experienced that Bikram's flavour of yoga does wonders to my body. It is weird but regular practise of yoga puts healthy craving and my body craves for vegetables, it is a great motivation for continuing on a healthy diet. I am now experiencing in Bikram yoga that the sequence of postures has a reason, it transitions the body smootly from one posture to the next one. To anchor the mind 90 minutes to the breathing and dialogue is not an easy task but regular practise of yoga does it. End of the class I feel my spine is straight and longer before I came in to the class, that is my motivation to be back on the mat soon. During my yoga days I sleep like a baby for 8 hours, needless to say I feel refreshed in the morning and energized to tackle the day!
