The dudes running the sunday class for the differently abled kids are all very polite, patient,knowledgeable and kind. Jason is always so professional and just a delight to talk to.

Excellent instruction from trainer (and owner), Christian. Good energy and appropriate level of coaching of the adult beginners group, considering existing movement experience among the students. Very responsive to individual students needs even in the group setting, giving understandable cues and adjustments when needed and suggesting more challenge when skill acquisition is observed. Nice to be with a seasoned coach. Class is totally fun!

The two coaches were amazing. They explained all the safety rules in a fun interactive way so the kids remembered them. They also made sure all the kids were having a safe yet amazing time. Would recommend to anyone looking to book a party or go to for the classes they offer. The kids are still raving about how much fun they had.
