The facility itself is top-notch—clean, creatively designed, and filled with equipment that challenges your body and imagination. Every visit is different and exciting. The class structure is well thought out, and they do a great job breaking down moves to make them accessible to everyone. Flying Frog Parkour Academy is more than a gym—it’s a movement.
