Because even kids that don't like sports need physical movement. This promotes structured exercise while also building a skill. It's great and I tell all my mom friends about it.

The coaches are fantastic and they create and fun and engaging way to approach physical activity! My son has emotion regulation challenges and coach Shane was especially helpful and patient when my son was feeling bad about himself not getting one of the movements right away. The man I spoke with at the front desk (sorry I don't remember your name!) was also especially helpful in suggesting other ways to accommodate him so he can continue coming and enjoying parkour. Thank you all so much!
