I felt much better after completing the yoga session.
I absolutely LOVE the 6am Thursday class I go to with Casey and the 8:30am Saturday class with Annalisa. Both are so different but totally accessible and exactly what I need at each of those times. Both instructors give great cues, create an encouraging space, have great music and great workouts. Now if only every class ended with the delightful cold lavender towels that Casey gives us... a girl can dream.
